The Climate Fresk is a game, which was created by Cédric Ringenbach, a French teacher and engineer, to help increase the understanding of climate change.
It is a fun way to learn and also correct climate change misunderstandings. It is based on IPCC science and involves sorting climate change cards in teams and discussing the issues in groups.
There is then an opportunity to reflect on how the climate crisis is affecting people, what is thought about it and what they can be done about it. It is a very rewarding experience. Dr Andrew Lee is Honorary Lecturer at the Centre for Climate Change and Sustainability Education at University College London, he will be co-facilitating with Dr David Anderson, former Head of Community Engagement and former Head of Geography at Eton College.
Do come, it really is an enjoyable and educative experience. More information can be found about the Climate Fresk here: https://climatefresk.org/world/. The Climate Fresk has trained over 2 million people. The program is non partisan and is based on the IPCC science.
