As part of the Biosphere Festival, Moorgreen Allotments in Cowes are opening their gates to the public. 

There’ll be a chance to take a look around Moorgreen Allotments, meet members of the Moorgreen Road Allotment Society, and explore the adjacent woodland.

There will also be a Green Island Veg Economy (GIVE) stall where produce and plants from the garden will be given away, or can be swapped for other plants, produce, seeds etc.

Allotment members will be on hand to discuss ideas for increased bio-diversity within the allotment space and the adjacent woodland which is also managed by the society.
