Our connection with plants is rooted in solid science and it is recognised as a genuine way to support both mental and physical health.
By listening to their music, we become aware of their way of communicating to us; we can understand their moods, patterns, reactions and connect with nature with a new awareness and in doing so be a true biosphere, establishing an even deeper relationship and caring response to our environment.
This talk and Demo is hosted by Ventnor Botanic garden and led by Annamaria Sacchini, director of Harp on Wight and Lucia Para, outdoor educator.
They will share their experience with sound in nature and its healing properties; the talk will start indoors and we will then head outside to enjoy the live concert of plants!
