Byways & Birdsong: a nature walk

  • Wroxall Village Car Park Station Road Ventnor, England, PO38 3DP United Kingdom (map)

Come and explore the Isle of Wight National Landscape with nature walk leader Kathy Grogan.

On this circular walk around Wroxall for families we will be exploring the wildlife of hedgerow, grassland and woodland habitats through games and activities for children.

Aimed at children over five, we’ll be identifying birdsong, finding flowers and enjoying the fabulous views through the Rew Valley.

There are some steep slopes, steps, kissing gates and stiles so not suitable for buggies.

Meeting point: Wroxall Village Car Park, Station Road, Wroxall PO38 3DP (opposite Stenbury Community Hall).

Aimed at families. Not suitable for buggies. No dogs please.

Accessibility: There are some steep slopes, steps, kissing gates and stiles so not suitable for buggies.
